Decorating the family home is a very interesting task, especially if you use a butterfly curtain as a central theme. Butterflies are such peaceful insects and if anything is to go by they are an excellent way to bring an end to family disputes. So, if you are trying to choose a design to match nearly every single item of furniture in the home butterflies should be your first port of call. In more ways than one you will surely be able to incorporate a variety of furniture items to fill your home with this serene theme.

The curtains you choose must not be of the same color or design. Monotony is a meteorite in the world of home design and it can come plunging over you when you ignore the fundamental principle of monotonous variation. By some mystical process butterflies tend to have an almost instant effect on children, especially infants over 6 months old. To keep them excited and co-operative have big butterfly designs. On top of this, you can also try to have butterflies of different colors and types just to spice things up. Now, let us go from the bedroom to everywhere else.

Butterfly designs should not just end in the bathroom but should go further than that. Personal experience might tell you otherwise but having a flat overlap of the bathroom thematic style helps avoid a situation where your butterfly design becomes too dull. What I mean is that you can still have the same theme, but slightly toned down. Take rugs and carpets for instance. You should at least have one household rug that contains a butterfly, or butterflies. Such a rug should at least be in an area of the home where such an addition will not be too obvious.

I do not know about your take on wallpaper but I think it can have butterflies as well. However, the wallpaper must not be too theme oriented. A few butterflies here and there will not kill you, and you will also be giving your home that welcoming feel that a large number of people still think is created independently of your home design.

This might seem absolutely insane but how about having butterflies for bed sheets and pillowcases? The sheets and pillowcases can be used on occasion to make them seem special, since your house will be washed up in butterflies by now. With that said, you can then proceed to walk into your home on a tragic Saturday morning. Everything might seem to be crashing down on you but the moment you waltz into the house you will feel so liberated you will wonder if God was in the room.
